Order Processing
👉🏻 How quickly are orders processed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm and on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Shipping & Delivery
👉🏻 Where do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver to the United Kingdom only.
👉🏻 What are the different shipping options?
As a small business, we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers while still offering the best delivery service available.
At the moment, all of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked delivery services, which include tracking updates via email and text for peace of mind.
The cost of delivery is based on the total order amount.
Orders under £25.00:
- Standard = £2.70 - Delivery within 2-4 business days, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Express = £3.50 - Delivery within 1-3 business days, via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders above £25.00:
- FREE - Standard delivery within 2-4 business days, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Express = £3.50 - Delivery within 1-3 business days, via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
For orders above £25.00, the postage fee will automatically deduct at checkout.
Please note that the free delivery option cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, and the basket total must still be £25.00 after all other discounts or promotions have been applied to qualify for free shipping.
Please allow up to a week for delivery during busy periods and in the event of Royal Mail strikes.
Products & Availability
👉🏻 Are all products genuine?
Yes! All fragrances are 100% genuine, purchased from trusted retailers in the United Kingdom or Europe (Jovoy, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, Selfridges, Sephora). We're happy to provide proof of purchase for all products.
All samples are made-to-order and decanted from the original bottle into a travel atomiser of your choice.

👉🏻 What sample sizes do you offer?
We offer four different sample sizes: 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml or 10ml. Please get in touch if you would like to order a different size.
👉🏻 What atomisers do you use?
We use glass atomisers for the majority of our 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml samples, as they tend to preserve the fragrance better long-term and are more suitable for larger sizes.
Our 1ml samples come in plastic atomisers, as they're usually ideal for one or two uses and help us keep the cost of the smallest samples as low as possible.
👉🏻 How are your prices calculated?
We aim to offer the best value for money for each sample size we offer. The final price is based on the recommended retail price of each fragrance, plus a small cost for the materials used (atomisers, packaging) and the time spent decanting the fragrance.
We hope that by sampling a fragrance, you get to experience it on your own skin before deciding if you want to invest in a full bottle.

Yes! If you're looking for a fragrance in particular that's not available in our store, send us a message and we'll do our best to source it.
